Beretta & me(scootran) are going backpacking in the Allegheny National Forest over the Labor Day weekend (Sept. 3-6). This blog will document the run-up, the trip, and the aftermath. I will post at least once per day(giggle).
Most of the on-trail updates will be done on my Palm Pre, so expect even worse quality. Tonight we will post an overview of where we are with planning and equipment, starting with some photos and thoughts on my new pack.
